Transform Harm.

We are digging into what harm is in our community, how we respond to it, and what different looks like. Most impacted women are developing and sharing processes that work for us and our families. This type of work is referred to as Transformative Justice which deals with community-led alternatives to interpersonal harm (person to person) that does not include police, courts, or incarceration.

Transformative Justice is a building block to transforming neighborhoods and discovering more effective ways to address harm.

We have weekly meetings for formerly incarcerated women to do this work together and we have regular conversations with neighbors in Roxbury, Dorchester, and Mattapan.
