Ending Incarceration Of Women and Girls.

Make your voice heard, sign our petition and let Governor Baker know Clemency Works!

Families for Justice as Healing and The National Council for Incarcerated and Formerly Incarcerated Women and Girls are leading a Clemency Campaign in Massachusetts to free women who are aging, sick, survivors of sexual violence, and women who have served decades of time already.

Women in prison are separated from their children, grandchildren, and families. Women in prison are subjected to isolation; a culture of punishment and deprivation; and sexual harassment, abuse, and assault. Women deserve a second chance to come home to their communities where they belong to live a life of dignity and purpose.

Governor Charlie Baker has not used his Clemency powers to free anyone, even during the COVID19 humanitarian crisis. Join us in demanding that Baker immediately release women who can safely come home to their families and communities.

Clemency Women.
